Inline supplies the highest quality foam pigs including the patented foam disc pig (FDP), Maxithane urethane cups and discs, and a variety of solid urethane pigs. Its Pipline Cleaners Inc. (PLC) division designs and manufacturers mandrel pigs and brushes. PLC began fabricating brushes in 1889 and formed its scraper pig manufacturing division in 1936. PLC is a leader in the manufacturing of heavy-duty ring, strip and block brushes for aggressive cleaning of deposits, specialty brushes for cleaning pits caused by corrosion and pencil brushes used on electromagnetic inspection pigs.
Inline supplies automated and manual pigging systems and components for industrial and sanitary process plants. Pigging is used for product transfer operations to maximize efficiency and minimize wastage in a wide range of process applications including paints, lube oils, soaps, food and chemicals. Inline's patented ViPRS system allows the pig to remain in the piping between batches and is cleaned during the plant's CIP or solvent cycle.
